• Our community is offering a new move-in special! We will refund up to $500 of your moving expenses. To move your mobile home to our village, your home must not be over 7 years old and it must look nice. Please bring or email a picture of your home. Skirting must be installed within 30 days.
• Residents of The Pines Manufactured Home Community get a $5 per month discount on a storage unit at The Pines Mini Storage, a brand new mini storage facility conveniently located next door to our community.
